Ideazione progettazione e realizzazione di un trompe-l’oeil (tecnica a secco, colori naturali alla caseina, 50m2 di superficie) per la cupola dello studio dell’architetto Giorgio Pavlidis sito nel palazzo storico (architettura eclettica, inizi del ‘900) di proprieta’ della famiglia Erga a Salonicco.

10/07/2008 - Φεύγουν οι σκαλωσιές από τα Προπύλαια

Νέα μέτωπα, όμως, ανοίγουν στα έργα αναστήλωσης της Ακρόπολης. Μην ξεχνάμε ότι εκκρεμεί αποξήλωση κι άλλων 14 μετοπών του Παρθενώνα

Αρχισε να φαίνεται η διαφορά στα μνημεία της Ακρόπολης μετά τον 30ετή αγώνα για την εξυγίανσή τους από το μπετόν και τα σκουριασμένα σίδερα της παλιάς αναστήλωσης του Μπαλάνου (1910-39).

2005 - 30 ANNI DI INTERVENTI DI RESTAURO SULL’ACROPOLI DI ATENE

L’anno scorso si sono compiuti trent’anni da quando, nel 1975, fu creata dal Ministero della Cultura greco una commissione di esperti (archeologi, architetti, ingegneri, chimici e restauratori) con il compito di dirigere il vasto programma di interventi di restauro, tutt’ora in corso, dei monumenti dell’Acropoli di Atene. Per celebrare questo evento è stata allestita una mostra fotografica nel museo Gounaropoulou di Atene. L’esposizione presentava, fase per fase, tutti gli interventi di restauro che furono, e tutt’oggi lo sono, sottoposti i monumenti dell’Acropoli negli ultimi trent’anni.

15/12/2005 - Presentazione del fregio del Partenone in forma digitale

La fascia scolpita di 160 metri che correva sulle pareti esterne della cella del Partenone, le metope del fregio dorico e parte dei due frontoni del tempio, sono stati presentati per la prima volta in forma digitale e resi accessibili a tutti su internet all’indirizzo: www.ekt.gr/parthenonfrieze

The vase of Eufronio returns to Italy

Rome – Rocco Buttiglione (Minister of the Arts) and Philippe de Montebello (Director of New York’s Metropolitan Museum) have finally undersigned the agreement for the restitution of the famous vase of Eufronio.
